The venue was quiet and modern in every respect. the staff was flexible, especially with making arrangements and translating when needed. - the room was tidy and light. - the bed was enjoyable. - the bathroom was functional. I highly recommend this hotel because I didn't want to leave.

They had a Wheelchair Accessible room with daily housekeeping and 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities available.

The concierge are most unhelpful and incompetent.

Location: the hotel was near restaurants as well as tons of local eateries. The rooms were neat, outstanding, and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

The suites were spacious and well-equipped, with a separate living and dining area. The floor heating system was a great feature, making it comfortable to walk around barefoot. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the metro station and a shopping mall.

The bed was too soft for my liking, and it took a while to adjust the floor heating to the desired temperature. There was also an issue with water dripping from the ceiling-showerhead when using the wall-showerhead.

Nested in a bustling area with easy access through Air Bus Station, this hotel is a perfect base to explore the vibrant city. Furthermore, its proximity to IFC Mall means an abundance of restaurant choices.

Be cautious of the confusing tax policy, as mentioned by a previous guest.

We recently had a wonderful romantic escape in a beautiful hotel. The breakfast menu was fantastic, providing us with a perfect balance between local and international cuisine. The spacious and comfortable room, along with the excellent service, made our stay unforgettable. the location was perfect, being close to several major South Korean banks and a mall within walking distance.

We noticed some minor issues with the room during our stay. The mattress was a bit hard, making it difficult to sleep, and the pillows were small and uncomfortable.
